Uploader responsibility

Each uploader is solely responsible for the images, prompts, tags, supporting photos, profile information and external links they submit. By uploading content, the uploader represents that they have the rights, permissions and lawful basis necessary to submit and publish that content.

Prohibited content

Users must not upload unlawful content, content that violates another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights, malicious files, deceptive impersonation material, or content prohibited by applicable law. Beauties.in may restrict, reject, blur, make private, remove or preserve content for review when necessary.

AI-generated and model imagery

Creators should clearly use the platform for lawful AI/model imagery and prompts. Uploaders must not present generated content in a misleading manner that unlawfully harms or impersonates another person. Where a face requires protection, the uploader should use the Secret Face option, and administrators may impose additional blur or access restrictions.

Moderation

Administrative approval does not transfer responsibility for submitted content to Beauties.in. Administrators may approve, reject, remove, blur, watermark, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, and retain relevant records for moderation, abuse prevention, dispute handling and legal compliance.

Downloads and watermarks

Downloads may be watermarked or otherwise transformed according to site and per-image settings. A download option does not grant ownership or rights beyond those lawfully available to the downloader.

Removal requests

People who believe an image violates their rights can use the Photo Removal page. Requests should identify the exact image and provide enough information for a meaningful review.
